Judy Davie studied psychology, food-as-medicine and macrobiotic cooking. She started The Food Coach in 2001, and was described on The Urban List as "one of the most established health experts you could ever find online". Long before the term blogging was ever invented, she's been sharing her passion for healthy eating through her weekly newsletter, articles, recipes and short videos.
Her books include, The Greengrocer Diet, The Food Coach, Read the Label and StarFoods co-authored with Dr Joanna McMillan. Over the years she has also written for Woman's Day, Body and Soul, and Prevention magazine.
In this episode, Judy explains how you can change your health by simply changing your attitude toward food to appreciation, and gives you her tip to being as fit and health as she is in her late 50s.
